When white truffle is cooked to preserve it, the delicate flavour is reduced. And so it’s best to use the preserved white truffle slices as a beautiful garnish for dishes – such as stunning beef carpaccio canapes, or truffled scrambled egg – and the add a drizzle of white truffle oil to boost and intensify the flavours.Â
