Don Gastronom Black Garlic Alioli 140g

Black garlic aioli is a versatile condiment, to add tang and sweetness to burgers and grilled seafood, or add a spoon to the top of Spanish fish soups. Black garlic has a date-like sweetness and notes of balsamic and tamarind.

Use this smooth mayonnaise to add extra oomph to your next BBQ.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil (67%), water, purple garlic (2.5%), black garlic (5%), pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, salt, modifier, starch, concentrated lemon juice. Stabilizer (xanthan gum), antioxidant (vitamin C), preservative (potassium sorbate).
