The pan has a professional ILAG ceramic coating for a high quality non-stick surface that you can use on all heat sources – even induction. The pan is made from 70% recycled aluminium, with a handle made of 100% recycled wood, which is hollow to prevent it becoming too hot to handle. This pan has a high raised edge which also makes it ideal for cooking sauces and stir fries. 

Care instructions: Hand wash only. Do not use with metal utensils or metal cleaning equipment (scouring balls etc.) Heat up slowly and do not use the booster setting on induction hobs.
